Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the expiry date shown.

• Expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.

• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

• Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or appointment.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the voucher being redeemed in full.

• Vouchers may be used as part-payment where the treatment value exceeds the voucher amount.

• All treatments are subject to consultation and suitability.
